General terms Due to the costs associated with maintaining your account and phone number(s), we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds to every individual. However, at Dialaxy, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and in certain cases, we may consider making exceptions if the refund is requested before 36 hours of purchase. Upon availing our services, should you have any inquiries, we kindly request you to communicate with our customer representatives. Our standard practice involves gathering feedback from customers and forwarding it to our Service Center for resolution. Refunds will be considered and approved if the grievance is found to be valid based on the terms and conditions, after taking into account the customer service provided. By efficiently addressing the majority of customer issues through our service center, we have been able to minimize the number of refund requests. 3. Terms of refund It is important to note that exceptions will never be made in situations where a customer has violated our Terms of Service.
