1. Introduction

The terms and conditions of this Refund Policy apply to all sales of Dialaxy software and its associated services. It is important to carefully read and comprehend the terms stated here before making a purchase.

Your rights and benefits as a Dialaxy client are defined here, including any exceptions and limitations that may apply.

2. General terms

Due to the costs associated with maintaining your account and phone number(s), we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds to every individual. 

However, at Dialaxy, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction, and in certain cases, we may consider making exceptions if the refund is requested before 36 hours of purchase. 

Upon availing our services, should you have any inquiries, we kindly request you to communicate with our customer representatives. Our standard practice involves gathering feedback from customers and forwarding it to our Service Center for resolution.

Refunds will be considered and approved if the grievance is found to be valid based on the terms and conditions, after taking into account the customer service provided.

By efficiently addressing the majority of customer issues through our service center, we have been able to minimize the number of refund requests.

3. Terms of refund

It is important to note that exceptions will never be made in situations where a customer has violated our Terms of Service.

Our refund policy governs all refund requests, subject to eligibility criteria. However, Dialaxy may not provide a refund to customers if the reimbursement reasons fall completely beyond our scope. To learn more about our refund policy, please refer to the following:

  • Refund requests for any purchases can only be accepted if submitted within 36 hours from the subscription date.
  • To initiate a refund, you must submit a refund request via email to [email protected].
  • Each refund application will be considered only once, and no further compensation will be granted for the same transaction after a subsequent purchase.
  • Refunded amounts will be credited back to the user’s original payment method. The refunded amount will only be credited to the same account or card initially used for the payment.
