We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or modify your booking or subscription. To ensure clarity and transparency in such situations, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for cancellations, including any associated fees or refunds. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Our aim is to handle cancellations in a fair and consistent manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy below.
1. Cancelling your dialaxy subscription
If your subscription has been canceled and you’d like to restart your subscription, please tap on the “Subscription Expired” message and follow the steps to restart your subscription.
If a payment is missed or fails to go through, we will promptly notify you via email and text message. Our notification will inform you about the missed or failed payment, and we will make an effort to charge the provided credit card again in order to complete the transaction. If we are unable to charge the credit card, we will cancel your subscription.
If you encounter difficulties making a payment and wish to maintain an active account, kindly inform us without delay. In certain instances, we may offer the option to temporarily suspend your subscription for a period of up to certain months. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion.
Cancellation by You
In the event of a material breach of Terms by us, you have the right to terminate one or more of your Accounts. However, before doing so, you must provide us with advance notice of the breach and allow us a minimum of thirty (30) days to rectify the situation.
Cancellation and Termination by Us
In situations where there is missed/failed payment of Subscription Charges, we reserve the right to suspend your access to and use of your Account or the Service(s).
Upon identifying such violations, we will notify you and, at our sole discretion, grant you a period of 7 days (“Cure Period”) to rectify or discontinue such activities.
Failure to rectify or discontinue these activities within the Cure Period, or if we determine that the breaches are irreparable, will result in the termination of your Account.
2. Effect of cancelling your account
Following the termination of your account, either by yourself or by us, you will no longer be able to access your account or use our services.
Furthermore, upon the termination of your account, all the numbers allocated to you will be deactivated. Additionally, any unused calling credits will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
