This policy outlines the subprocessors engaged by Dialaxy, their roles, and the measures in place to ensure that the processing of data is carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements and industry best practices. Subprocessor Engagement Dialaxy may engage subprocessors to perform specific services related to data processing. These subprocessors are carefully selected based on their ability to meet our stringent data protection and security standards. Transparency and Notification Dialaxy maintains an up-to-date list of subprocessors engaged in the processing of customer data. This list is available to customers upon request and includes information about each subprocessor’s identity, the nature of the services they provide, and the locations where they operate. Subprocessor Changes Dialaxy is not obligated to notify customers of any changes to the list of subprocessors, including the addition or removal of subprocessors. However, Dialaxy reserves the right to engage new subprocessors or change subprocessor assignments without directly notifying customers in all cases. We do, however, endeavor to provide courtesy notifications when feasible. If a customer objects to the use of a subprocessor, we will discuss the matter to find a mutually agreeable solution. Our goal is to resolve any concerns in a manner that satisfies all parties involved. Data Protection and Security Dialaxy ensures that all subprocessors are bound by contractual obligations that require them to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect customer data. These measures are designed to comply with applicable data protection laws and to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data.
