Dialaxy respects the rule of law and safeguards customer privacy. We will only disclose customer data in response to valid legal process and under the conditions below:

Valid Legal Process

We honor subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, and equivalent mandates issued by recognized law enforcement or judicial authorities.

Service of Requests

All requests must be sent to [email protected].

To be actionable, each request must include:

Government Email

Sent from a verifiable, registered government domain.

Requesting Party

Full name, title, and agency of the authorized officer.

Account Identification

Exact customer account ID(s) or other unique identifiers.

Records Sought

Specific categories of data (e.g., call logs, message content).

Time Frame

Precise start and end dates for the records requested.

Acknowledgment

We will acknowledge receipt of a valid request within 2 business days.

Production

Complete responses (i.e., delivery of requested data or a legal objection) will be provided within 10 business days of receipt of valid legal process.

Extensions

If we require additional time—for example, due to the volume or complexity of the request—we will notify the requesting authority of the need for an extension and the anticipated delivery date.
